Jasmin Olvera

9th District

Jasmin Olvera is a 2015 graduate of Waltrip High School in Houston, TX, where she is the captain of the Swim Team, the Art Club President and a Poet’s Café Member. Jasmin is an academic honor roll student and provides service in the school’s Gay/Straight Alliance which was created to prevent bullying. Jasmin is a member of Oak Forest Baptist Church and also provides service a La Central Unida Espana Church. Jasmin enjoys painting, swimming, reading, writing, acting, and bike riding.
